Our Qualifications

Robert E. Brady has extensive experience helping individuals and businesses find opportunities to build and preserve their wealth through all kinds of market conditions. He began as a trainee at Kirkpatrick Pettis in 1975. His career is distinguished by his work on the National Association of Securities Dealers District Business Conduct Committee, which governs the conduct of registered representatives. In 1995, he served as Chairman of the Committee for District 4 — its top leadership position. Bob’s clients also benefit from his early work in sales management, which provides him with a broad-based approach and understanding of the securities industry.

Bob graduated with many honors from the University of Wyoming, where he played basketball. A native of South Dakota, he served in the South Dakota Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve from 1972 to 1979. He has held various offices with the board of directors for the Happy Hollow Country Club and was the group’s president in 2010. He is also an active member of St. Luke United Methodist Church.

Bob enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing. He and his wife, Barbara, have two daughters, two granddaughters, one grandson, and more on the way.

 

Ryan Iwansky joined the Brady/Iwansky Group in 2017 to help guide clients in preserving and growing assets over multiple generations. Ryan is focused on establishing a two-way communication process with clients to simplify their financial lives and answer life’s difficult financial questions. Ryan strives to provide a concierge-level service by understanding each person’s financial goals and reviewing their plan to help keep it on track.

Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Ryan spent 12 years helping Fortune 1000 companies implement programs to secure their informational assets. He began his professional career in Omaha at Union Pacific Railroad and later worked in various consulting and solution architect roles servicing clients throughout the country. Ryan graduated with highest honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s Peter Kiewit Institute. He grew up in Columbus and currently resides outside of Blair with his wife, Cassie, and son Davis. His interests include camping, golfing and traveling.

 

Sasha Escritt has been in the insurance and financial services industry for over 16 years. She has been life, health, and accident insurance licensed since 2003. She joined the Brady/Iwansky Group in 2017 bringing a great amount of experience in assisting clients with their service needs. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Sasha spent over 15 years with Stortz Financial Group.

Sasha was born in Columbus, Nebraska, and was raised in a small town in southwest Iowa. She is enjoying raising her three daughters: Samantha, Lena, and Tabitha and volunteers her free time coaching 3rd-6th grade girls basketball.
